These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the text-message program operated by Keystone Analysis ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to these Terms.
Program description
Keystone Analysis sends recurring automated informational text messages, including research updates and survey invitations.
Consent
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You represent that you are the account holder for, or are authorized to provide consent for, the number submitted.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive our messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and will not send any additional messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
